How To Order

Welcome to MY NYLI! Seems it’s your first time ordering from us, no worries! We are here to help. 

1. Select your desired products

Choose your products click add to cart and then click on next to fill in your shipping details and necessary details. 

2. Sign up or login to your account 

During checkout, enter your email address or login if you have an account. If you don't have an account, we highly recommend making one and ticking the “sign me up for newsletter and offer” check box. With an account, you can save addresses, get exclusive deals and best of all! 

3. Choose your desired delivery 

You may select between “standard” or “express delivery” during checkout, standard delivery takes usually 3-5 business days and express delivery do usually takes 1-2 business days for arrival to your doorstep except any unexpected circumstance ( This is only applied for West Malaysia delivery ) 

4. Insert your payment details 

We do accept several payment method such as FPX, bank transfer, credit/debit cards payment, instalment plan such as Atome, ShopBack, Grab. 

5. Review your order details 

Once your order is confirmed, you will received a confirmation email along with your order product’s details and also your order number. 

6. Changes of information
